On behalf of our client an international finance institue, we are looking for external support within a Temp Labour Contract (AÜ) with skills and abilities as stated below.

Global Operations, Quality Management & Digital Transformation, Operational Performance (OPP)

Field of activity
Quality Management & Digital Transformation is responsible for efficiency of processes, applications and resources of the Area Global Operations.
The Unit Operational Performance is responsible to support the Service Lines of the Area to build and maintain a high performance organisation for all operational activities worldwide within Global Operations.
We are looking for an Operational Performance Manager to build a lean organisation and introduce methodologies and conduct projects to continuously improve and standardize our processes and reduce complexity.
As member of the Operational Performance team you are responsible for leading or supporting high-impact projects designed to introduce and sustain lean management principles for business processes of Global Operations.

  • Organisation and tracking of projects and Lean workshops
  • Pre- and post-processing of workshops
  • Support for projects and workshops
  • Support for Lean consultants
  • Measures controlling
  • Follow-up of defined and agreed action items
  • Reporting of organizational performance and efficiency

    Qualifications/required skills
  • Knowledge in Lean approach would be good
  • Knowledge in PMO approaches or similar
  • Experience working in consulting project environment or similar would be a strong asset
  • Experience in accompanying projects and successful PMO-project work
  • Knowledge of the business of clearing; knowledge of the business of capital market is an asset
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Good analytical conceptual and problem-solving skills
  • Good skills for preparing and holding presentations
  • Good team-working skills
  • Willingness to learn new methodologies and tools
  • Ability to work in a demanding and dynamic environment independently, accurately and timely and to prioritize
  • Fluent in English and German

    Additionally, you need to be a team player with good communication skills, highly motivated, flexible and good at handling MS Office applications.
