On behalf of our client an international finance institute, we are looking for an external consultant with skills and abilities as stated below.

Experienced PMO / Programme Support Analyst P196

Experienced PMO / Support Analyst to cover core product deliverables as part of a key client transition / product & service. Providing support for projects CCP Cross-CSD Access Model, French Registered Securities, ISIN Management, all under a Programme umbrella.

Key Duties
· Partnering with Programme Sponsors / Stakeholders, Project Leads and other key Project Members to ensure appropriate overall programme strategy & governance
· Develop & manage consolidated programme schedule of major tasks for all contributing groups. Identify & manage cross-functional dependencies
· Write consolidated status reporting and required escalation
· Ensure projects are actively identifying and documenting risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies (maintain RAID log), and key decisions at the programme level and escalate unsolved programme issues / risks when needed
· Assist in identifying, documenting and approving changes to projects / programme
· Working across functions, legal entities, technology groups and business areas to deliver the programme to agreed timeline, budget and quality standards
· Ensure the programme has end to end focus and covers its full scope
· Coordinate among other programmes to identify overlap, redundancies and dependencies
Key Skills
· 2 -3 years demonstrated track record of cross-functional programme delivery and / or project management within a matrix-managed, global banking or finance services organisation
· Proven track record in project and programme management skills, including project planning & management, issue identification & resolution, risk management, change management
· Ability to manage deadlines, multiple tasks and adapt well to changing priorities
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Any experience in the successful delivery of a custody service or similar would be advantageous
· Precise attention to detail and accuracy
· Strong problem-solving skills
· The ability to be proactive, challenge data and offer a solution-oriented approach
· Team-oriented and collaborative mindset
· Adaptability to changing requirements and technologies
· Expert in Microsoft Office (especially Word, Powerpoint & Excel)
